Ohio State University NORTH RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TRANSFORMATION

WA was selected as part of the winning Design/Build Team for the North Residential District Transformation project; the second and largest of two such recent projects at the Ohio State University to increase the effectiveness of the student living experience in terms of the to impact their ability to learn. WA is part of an integral design team, with several of our staff members located at the project site on the North Residential District campus; and amongst the buildings that will be demolished, built new, and rehabilitated; which also include Dining, Assembly and Recreational facilities and rounding out at 14 different buildings upon the multi-phased completion schedule. WA is one of several Architectural firms involved on this project and located at the site design studio.
