WHO ARE WE?

Over the past 43 years, WA has maintained itself as an African-American owned and operated, culturally diverse group; headquartered in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Continuing to grow, our firm and staff collectively have extensive design experience on a wide array of projects, including many different project types; while furthering an approach with critical thought toward our profession.

During the past 8 years, WA has developed a strong focus in Healthcare Design; with some of our most recent clientele being the Cincinnati Children’s, UC Health, TriHealth, Mercy Health, West Chester Hospital, UPMC (of Pittsburgh, PA), and Washington University Medical Center (in St. Louis, MO). Continuing to build relationships in both this market, and the those of Higher Education /Research and Community Development; WA is committed to further developing our expertise in these areas of focus. Our overall team as dedicated to these areas, consist of a highly diverse group of staff members; including from all a collective range of perspectives and outlooks.

Our more recent growth and success has taken us into markets outside the Cincinnati area; now including those in Columbus, Ohio and St. Louis, Missouri. WA currently employs (7) registered architects and (8) LEED Accredited Professionals; with an all-inclusive proficiency in the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technology.
